NEW CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Create a client account using our portal: MY KC

  • Select “Register Here!”

    • If you are a brand new client select New Client

    • If you have received services with UniFURsity before, select Existing Client

• Click “My Pets” within the portal

  • Click “Add New” and fill out your pet’s details

  • Upload photo of your pet that clearly displays their unique features

  • Click “upload pet document” to upload proof of current vaccinations

• Read and sign our waiver

• Select “My Appointments” and “Make New Appointment” to request daycare, boarding or grooming for your pet
